It seems like fairly common sense that regular exercise will help to strengthen the immune system, but a recent study has supported this. Perhaps this explains why people who practice parkour regularly, rarely get ill!

I find it hard to tell the differance between a runny nose and a cold. I used to think i always got colds when i went on my paper round in winter, turns out i just kept getting a runny nose when i was out there xD
